Our Board of Directors consists of eight members, including a majority of directors who are independent within the meaning of the listing standards of the NYSE. The individuals appointed to the Board have extensive experience in their respective professional fields, the real estate industry, and in serving on boards of directors.

According to our charter, each director is elected by our stockholders to serve until the next annual meeting or until their successors are duly elected and qualify, except in the event of death or resignation. There are no family relationships among our directors or executive officers.
