Galleria on the Park
When our team acquired Galleria on the Park in 2019, the 2.2 million SF, 20-acre campus presented an opportunity to create something exceptional. Driven by a hospitality-first philosophy, we embarked on a comprehensive transformation to create a dynamic, mixed-use environment designed to attract and retain top talent. With a focus on the shifting expectations of today’s workforce, we aimed to shape a campus that employees would be excited to return to time and again.
A New Model for Work
Our approach to repositioning Galleria on the Park centered on creating a differentiated experience that transcends traditional office space. We carried this vision through every last detail of the campus transformation resulting in a fully immersive experience. The campus now features:
- Transformed building lobbies with refined design elements that set the tone for a full-sensory experience and create a welcoming, luxurious environment for tenants.
- A 10,000 SF Ironworx Studio fitness facility and pickleball courts on-site designed to promote health and wellness through a variety of programs and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Outdoor Collaboration Areas that blend nature with high-tech whiteboard screens, TVs and more, offering a cutting-edge conference center experience outdoors.
- An expansive Conference Center and five Executive Board Rooms for flexible meeting and collaboration.
- Expanded dining options including C&S Seafood, Starbucks and Olive Bistro.

The centerpiece of the campus is a six-acre park, designed to foster community and engagement. Host to public events like a multi-weekend holiday market, Galleria on the Park is a vibrant hub with direct connection to Truist Park and The Battery via pedestrian bridge. With an intentional focus on growing employee programming and park activation, the campus is now positioned as a PLACE for employees to work, thrive and engage with the wider communities.
The Transformative Power of PLACE
This project has objectively become one of Atlanta’s most sought-after office campuses. The campus continues to attract a diverse tenant base with tech, creative, finance and legal companies alike. Since repositioning efforts commenced, Galleria on the Park’s occupancy reached 90% in 2023—notably up from 79% in 2021—serving as a proven test case for Piedmont PLACEmaking and a direct reflection of our commitment to creating spaces that go beyond traditional office environments.
