Jennifer Heneisen

Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Jennifer Heneisen serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, and has been on the Piedmont team since 2015. With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting, Ms. Heneisen is responsible for leading the forecasting and long-term planning functions of the Company as well as the quarterly supplemental reporting process. She also works to manage the Company’s balance sheet, addressing financing needs and future debt strategies. Ms. Heneisen previously worked for IDI Logistics before joining Piedmont in 2015. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Berry College and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
