Brad Stillwagon serves as a Director of Asset Management for the Southeast Region, focused primarily on Piedmont’s four and half million square foot Atlanta portfolio. Mr. Stillwagon is responsible for leasing and asset management activity and works alongside the region’s EVP on acquisition, disposition, re-development, and new development opportunities. Mr. Stillwagon has over 10 years commercial real estate expertise across multiple markets.  Prior to joining Piedmont in 2022, Mr. Stillwagon served as an Asset Manager for Stirling Properties where he managed a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet of office, medical and retail properties across the Gulf South.
