Glenn G. Cohen

Glenn G. Cohen has served as a director of Piedmont since 2020.  He is currently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE:KIM), one of North America’s largest publicly traded REIT owners and operators of open-air shopping centers. Prior to his appointment as Kimco’s Chief Financial Officer in 2010, Mr. Cohen served in various other positions at Kimco including Treasurer, as well as Director of Accounting and Taxation, since joining them in 1995. From 2016 to 2018, Mr. Cohen served as a director and member of the Audit Committee of Quality Care Properties, Inc. (formerly NYSE: QCP). He is a CPA and member of NAREIT and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
