Patrick McGregor

VP, Asset Management, Dallas

Patrick McGregor, CPA serves as the Vice President of Asset Management for the Southwest Region, focused primarily on our Dallas portfolio.  Mr. McGregor is responsible for leasing and asset management working alongside our Executive Vice President for the region on acquisition, disposition, re-development, and development opportunities.  Mr. McGregor previously worked for Sunwest Real Estate Group and Gaedeke Group before joining Piedmont in 2023.  Mr. McGregor is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of The Real Estate Council and NAIOP.
